Our interactive dashboard tracks live availability and occupancy trends across downtown garages, often revealing that thousands of spots remain empty even during busy periods. Currently, parking lots alone consume 16% of our valuable downtown real estate. By using data to make the most of the parking we already have, we can stop devoting precious land to asphalt—which actively hurts land value, walkability, and economic resilience. Instead, we can prioritize space for people, local businesses, and safe, connected transportation for everyone.
