Introducing our new Executive Director, Jasmine Vanadore!

A Note from the Board Chair of Bike Walk Greenville

Back in 2022, our strategic planning team met to discuss the next steps for our organization. As we looked back on what was almost a decade of advocacy for active transportation in Greenville, one major takeaway was how much we have accomplished with a team of dedicated volunteers pursuing a range of passion projects. With our founder, Frank Mansbach, acknowledging that he wouldn’t be able to continue forever as our organization’s volunteer Executive Director, one clear objective for our organization was to determine a succession plan to ensure that our work in the community could continue, and grow in reach and impact, for years to come.

Welcome, Jasmine Vanadore!

“I am thrilled to join the Bike Walk Greenville team as the next Executive Director. I would like to thank Frank and the board for entrusting me with this new role. It is truly an honor to join such a passionate and dedicated team, and I am eager to contribute to the impactful work we do in Greenville County.

I am passionate about the work we do and I look forward to meeting more members of the community to hear your stories, ideas, and insights. Together, we can reach new milestones in our efforts to make Greenville a safer and more accessible place for active transportation.”

A Note from our Founder, Frank Mansbach

“This is a major transition for our nonprofit to have a paid Executive Director to take our nonprofit to the next level. Having paid staff will allow us to do more amazing things for safe biking and walking infrastructure for our community. I have gotten to know Jasmine in our transition and I am excited for her to be leading us forward. I look forward to continuing my work with Bike Walk Greenville as a member of our board of directors.”
